The PHASE project aims to develop the eHealth sector in Italy, Albania, and Montenegro through the use of innovative technological tools and procedures for the effective treatment of heart attacks, neurodegenerative, and chronic diseases.

As part of this project, video tutorials have been created on the Helis Chronical and Helis Infarct.net software, which are designed for the diagnosis of patient health in various areas. The videos are available in Italian, English, Albanian, and Montenegrin.

The use of the software must be done in a medical environment, by qualified personnel who have been properly trained and are in compliance with the instructions contained in the User Manual.

The video tutorials represent an important training and updating tool for healthcare professionals, as well as a source of useful information for patients and their families.

PHASE aims to improve the general health and quality of life of citizens in cross-border areas by using information and communication technology (ICT) to optimize the autonomous management of diseases and provide healthcare services directly to patients.

The pilot projects developed within PHASE will validate technological platforms and eHealth ecosystem models that will act as tools of competitiveness for many local SMEs that provide digital or social care services.
